- Level 2: territorial development strategies covering all social and economic sectors relevant to the territory. This offer has taken on even greater significance since the adoption of advanced regionalization in Morocco.
- Level 3: national sectoral strategies that address complex social, economic and environmental issues on a national scale. We have to our credit several sector strategies in Morocco and in several African countries.
