A graduate of ESSEC business school, Saadia Slaoui Bennani joined Valyans Consulting over 19 years ago as a consultant. After several years’ experience in the consulting business, she was appointed Associate Director in 2006, then Deputy CEO in 2012. She has been the firm’s CEO since January 2018. Saadia Slaoui Bennani has led a number of strategy assignments.
She has been involved in drawing up strategy plans for major national companies. She has also assisted with defining sectoral strategies on behalf of the Public Sector (Tourism, BTP, IMM, National Education, etc.). She also worked on the development strategies of large companies and their operationalization, especially at the African level, which allowed her to have a detailed knowledge of the issues of the continent.
Saadia Slaoui Bennani was appointed in 2019 by His Majesty King Mohammed VI member of the Special Commission on the Model of Development (CSMD).
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Saadia Slaoui Bennani is Vice-President of the CGEM and President of the Commission “Responsible and Citizens Companies”. As part of her commitment, she is also President of Al Ikram Association, a non-profit organization promoting education and professional integration.

Nawal Khayatei is a Senior Partner at Valyans Consulting, in charge of the Digital and Transformation practice. Her consulting experience has been built up through the management of major transformation projects driven by business model redefinition, performance improvement, reorganization, Information Systems overhaul and Digital.
Nawal has worked for major players in a variety of sectors, including finance (banks, insurance companies, micro-finance, etc.), industry, distribution and oil and gas. She has led projects in the public sector for a number of public bodies and institutions.
Nawal has also acquired solid experience in managing post-M&A projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Nawal worked for Shell North Africa as an internal consultant in charge of depot deployment and marketing datawarehouse projects. She is a graduate of the Ecole Mohammedia des Ingénieurs, and has completed the advanced management cycle at ISCAE, as well as several Chief Digital Officer and business model and innovation training courses.

Salim is a graduate of the German University of Regensburg, where he studied business, majoring in finance. He joined Valyans in 2009, after 5 years’ experience in corporate restructuring at Helbling Corporate Finance.
At Valyans Consulting, Salim first undertook several strategy development assignments for the government and various opportunity studies for public institutions and companies. In 2016, Salim became Partner of the firm in charge of the Corporate Finance practice and has since led assignments on mergers & acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, public-private partnerships, asset placements, etc.

KENZA DADI

A graduate of ESCP Europe (Cursus Grande Ecole), Kenza Dadi has 14 years’ experience in marketing strategy with multinationals in Europe and North Africa. After 11 years of international experience with Danone, Kraft Foods (Mondelez) and P&G (France, West Europe, Maghreb), Kenza Dadi was appointed Strategy and Operational Marketing Manager for P&G Maghreb.
She then worked as a consultant in her own company for 4 years. Kenza joined Valyans in 2019 as a Partner.
